This replica is definitely fit for a pirate! This is a replica of a Revolving 2 Barrel Flintlock Pistol from France, it features a eagle head butt and is made from metal with plastic grips in ivory imitation. Flintlock pistols were one of the most commonly used firearms by the pirates in the eighteenth century. All these guns required to be ammo reload manually after each shot. In combat, generally these weapons were used for a single shot, since the method of reloading was very slow and it was not usually time to recharge. Therefore, after the fighters had shot they were often forced to draw their swords as they could not recharge in time.
