Delivery

Denix ship items within the UK via UPS. Most items ship on a trackable 24 hr/next working day service. Sometimes shipments slightly further afield such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands will take slightly longer and may take upto 48-72 hours dependant on location. No International shippng is available.

We regret that once an order has been despatched and into the hands of the couriers the delivery time is beyond our control and subject to local conditions therefore timescales can not be 100%guaranteed. It is important that you supply us with a correct/valid email address with every order and where possible a mobile phone number. Carriers will send out tracking information to email addresses or mobile devices.

Our carriers will only deliver a product to your door step. The delivery service does not include moving an item upstairs or into other internal or external rooms. They do not provide an unpacking service and will not remove packaging. For shipments including large items your goods may arrive on a pallet so you will need to ensure that you have some assistance to help you unload the item.

If you wish to have an item delivered on a Saturday please select the Saturday delivery option. You will be charged an additional fee for this. Sunday deliveries are currently being trialled by carrier companies in limited areas. We will roll this out when possible. Please note, not every delivery depot offers weekend services so we may find that a weekend delivery may not be an option.

All orders received by 3pm on a Monday to Friday will ship that day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday which is the next working day). Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

*Please note should a shipment be over 30kg's in physical or volumetric weight we may have to make alternative shipping arrangements which may alter the shipping charges.
